  • Connie Furry

    Connie Furry

Connie Furry was raised in a small town in Eastern Oregon. She moved to Vancouver, Washington, in 1997 to be closer to her parents and siblings. She loves the Pacific Northwest and all the beautiful nature here. She has two grandchildren who live nearby; they happen to be her favorite humans!

Connie is a second-generation Hearing Aid Specialist with 25+ years of experience. Her parents owned a hearing aid business, and her two brothers and two nephews also help people hear better. This is definitely a family affair for Connie.

Over the past 25 years, Connie has seen so many revolutionary changes and developments in hearing aid technology. Her favorite part of her job is seeing the smiles on people’s faces and having them excited about their “new world” of hearing.

She has two favorite stories she loves sharing. She helped a young man with his first set of hearing aids. As she was turning the pages of the manual for the aids, he stopped her and said, “I did not know that paper made sound when you turned the pages.” He was amazed. Another woman had just received her first set of aids when she went camping with her family. She was so excited to report back to me that she heard the crackle of the fire for the first time! She did not realize the fire made sounds. These kinds of stories make Connie’s heart happy!
